FAQs
Why can’t I see prices?
Due to the AHPRA and TGA regulations, we are unable to advertise pricing for cosmetic medicine services as they are “medications”. We understand that this can make it difficult when you’re considering booking in with Nurse Steph, but rest assured that prices will be discussed prior to any treatment during your consultation. You can also book in a video consultation if you’re unable to come in person.
Where are the before and after photos?
Promoting our services by using before and after photos are not allowed. We understand that before and afters are a helpful reference when doing your research about your cosmetic nurse. Before and afters can be shared during your in person consultation.
I don’t know what I want/need to get, what should I book?
If you’re considering dabbling into the world of cosmetic treatments but don’t know what’s suitable for you, don’t fret! Book in a ‘Consultation Only’ appointment where Nurse Steph will listen to your concerns, conduct a full face assessment, and create a personalised treatment plan just for you!
Who can’t get cosmetic treatments?
If you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have active infections, prescribed antibiotics, had recent vaccination, have a known allergy to cosmetic medicines, you are not suitable for treatments.
What’s Nurse Steph’s qualifications?
